Tamari Roasted Seeds

Ingredients

1 cup pumpkin seeds

1 cup sunflower seeds

2 Tsp oil (melted coconut)

1 1/2 Tsp Tamari

Pinch of rock or sea salt (optional)

Method

Mix everything together in a bowl and then spread onto the baking tray.

Bake in oven at 160C for about 20 minutes or until seeds are dry.

Keep an eye on them, toss them regular and don’t let them burn.
