Ingredients
Simple, 5 minute breakfast, bursting with goodness
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup blueberries
2 Tbsp flaxseed
2 Tbsp hempseeds
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp maca powder
3/4 pint milk (oat or almond)
Process and pour into bowl.
Decorate with chia, pumpkin seeds, goji berries, blueberries, coconut etc etc
